Terms of Service

MacroHub ("the Service") is a macro trading terminal providing financial data visualisation, analytics, and market commentary. The Service is available at macro-hub-theta.vercel.app.

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on MacroHub constitutes financial advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at fhaneef@yahoo.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Paid access is billed through Whop. By subscribing, you also agree to Whop's terms of service.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Whop's refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers retain their current rate until the next renewal after the notice period.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• Share your account credentials or subscription access with others.
• Use the Service to develop a competing product.
• Attempt to bypass access controls or authentication mechanisms.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
• Redistribute, resell, or publicly republish content from the Service without written permission.

All content, design, code, data visualisations, and branding on MacroHub are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Underlying financial data is sourced from public and third-party providers and remains subject to their respective terms.

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis presented.
• Past performance indicators shown on the platform are not guarantees of future results.
• We are not a registered financial adviser. You should consult a qualified professional before making investment decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MacroHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time for maintenance, updates, or other reasons, with reasonable notice where possible.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., liability, IP, disclaimers) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
